fruit parfait
We live off this stuff — and you can too! Super easy & quick, these fruit parfaits are sure to get you shakin’!
Ingredients:
2 c. Yogurt (your favorite kind is the best kind!)
1 c. Shelby Shakes granola (any flavor)
3/4 c. Fruit of choice (bananas, apricots, strawberries, blueberries, etc.)
Honey (for topping)
Add-ins: chia seeds, toasted nuts, peanut butter, chocolate chips…the world is your oyster!)
steps:
Layer yogurt in the bottom of 4 mason jars. Wide mouth is easiest for this recipe, but any size jar will do.
Add a layer of granola and top with fruit.
Repeat layering of yogurt, granola, and fruit until glasses are almost full.
Top with a drizzle of honey and anything else you wish to add!
